Kenya provider guide

Zenka Kenya

Independent Zenka Kenya guide: check the legal lender, app, risk-based charge and total repayment in your current offer.

Independent editorial profile

This provider has not paid for this profile. The LendPlus button opens a different lender and is an advertising link. Check the actual lender, fees and total repayment before borrowing.

Zenka's digital loan service

Zenka Digital Limited appears in the CBK digital credit directory. Zenka's official Kenya site describes an app-based loan that can be paid through M-PESA following its assessment. Eligibility and pricing depend on the provider's current checks. Finpanda does not take a Zenka application.

Check the full offer

Zenka describes risk-based pricing on its public site. That makes the charge in your own written offer more useful than a headline percentage. Compare the amount you receive, interest or fee basis, any processing charge, the due date and the total you must repay. If you repay early or extend a loan, read what changes and what does not.

Use the correct app and support route

Follow the download route on Zenka's official site rather than a message from an unknown number. Read the app's privacy notice before granting access to phone information. Save the contract and receipt, and use the official support contact if a repayment does not appear correctly.

Zenka questions

Does Zenka guarantee a loan to every applicant?

No. The provider assesses eligibility and presents its own individual offer.

Is Zenka the same company as LendPlus?

No. A Finpanda button labelled LendPlus alternative opens a separate advertising partner.

Where can I check fees?

Read the amount and full repayment shown by Zenka before confirming, together with its current official terms.
